motivation for weight loss, alright, it's october 28th, been doing theystay off of unnatural things for a week or so and i've lost weight. i told you i would probably cheat if i makefriends..so i did cheat twice, maybe three times...so we will walk those through realquick..just so you can kinds compare your


week verses mine. when i was walking around .. i met a guy yellinghelado, which means ice cream he could have been my friend and i tried to make him myfriend as much as possible and had some ice cream. so theirs number one cheating in mexico. number two is i did actually meet americanthat spoke spanish which that's good.. umm and they were going to watch the debate andi don't think anyone made it out of the debate without getting drunk so i had a bottle ofwine, karen had a bottle of wine, i think the boys had a couple of beers..umm we hada great time and i met friends which is great..


one week being here in mexico and uhh thethird time i we went to their is street food all over the place so i was trying differenttacos umm from different stands and most of them i could with my hand jesters and theyou know 15 word i know in spanish have them put the stuff on the plates so i could havesome meat some onions and so forth, one guy had no idea what i was talking about and igot it on a taco and he gave it to me and their was no way for me to not eat it.. thecorn tortilla.. so ahh i had the corn tortilla.. that being said i lost weight. i started at 131.9 last week and i'm 126iz..pretty stooooked.. yah...yah that's what happen their.. so uhh numero dos i told youi was going to be twenty minutes of workout.


i was consistent every single time mondaythrough friday, saturday didn't do anything and today is sunday i'm not going to do anything,it's the lords day.umm but i'm started back up on monday.. so, i will walk you through my workout. so, i did upper, lower and a cardio. i will walk those through real quick. upper body, i opened the garage up ..pull-upbar right their... homemade for me. so, i did pull-ups, went down and did somepush ups, did some pull-ups,pushups.. dududud. until i couldn't do any pull-ups any moreand than i started doing hold and slowly go


downs and than push ups and did 15 20 minutesof that .. upper body done... check. lower body was squats this wall sit thingfor 20 seconds, squats, wall sit thing, nnn back and forth kind of got that as well. andthan ahh that was about 20 min worth... i did some jumping as well.. umm and thanon the third day.. which was the running day. i di probably about 2 miles that was aboutit. we are at 7000 feet in elevation ish and uhhit's all hills around here so.. 15 20 min of that and i was glad that suckerwas done. that doesn't count kind of my every day normalworking out when i say that we live in a bowl are house is at the top of the bowl, all thefun stuff to do is at the bottom of the bowl.


you've got to walk down a steeken butt loadof stairs to get to the fun stuff. you can't stay there, because at some pointyou want to sleep and sleeping on the street in mexico is not fun. so, then you have to walk.. up the hill. toyour house. if not you try to have to get a cab and speakspanish to him, so sometimes it's just easier to walk to the top.. which i do, do...do do..umm,yah, so that's their you go. that was my week. man, i'm going to be doing another one nextweek and i'm starting intermittent fasting. don't miss out.
