cinnamon and honey weight loss, we need 1 cup of water.use drinking water to make this tea 2 pieces of cinnamon.i will talk about the kind of cinnamon that you should be using later 2 pieces of cinnamon.if you are using powdered cinnamon use 1/2 tspn then we need honey.use 1tspn of honey for 1 cup of water
