hey friends so we know that eating whole foodsis always preferred to eating processed foods. but sometimes having some store bought snacksis essential to our busy lifestyles and that’s okay because there are healthy options. andtoday i am sharing a few of my favorites. first up, perky jerky, this is turkey perkyjerky, my favorite. this stuff is packed with protein, seriously 11 grams of protein foronly 60 calories, no fat and only four grams

tried perky jerky, definitely check it out,it is a perfect protein packed snack. next up is crunchy edamame. dry roasted edamame.sea point farms is the brand that i usually get but it’s not the only brand, they’vegot a few others, this is just the one i have right now. and they also have a wasabi flavorand my favorite is the black crunchy coated, i’ll bring a photo of that back and i can’tright now, but this stuff is packed with protein as well. for a 130 calories you get 14 gramsof protein for 10 carbs and four grams of fat, which is pretty good considering thisis like a vegetable, right? the ingredients are literally soy beans and salt, that’sit and they are really crunchy. you might be skeptical if you have never tried thembut if you like chips and you like snacking


on like carby, crunchy food, this is a reallygood substitute. apple chips, another chip substitute, canyou tell that i like chips? these are literally only apples and cinnamon, that’s the onlytwo ingredients and for 90 calories, 26 grams of carbs, it’s pretty much like you’reeating an apple, right? so you get your serving of fruit but you get to enjoy the chip goodnessand it’s a little bit sweet but it’s all natural. and they are 100 per cent organic,which is a plus. nuts, so nuts can be healthy if you are notgetting the kind that are coated in sugary deliciousness which are of course great butnot nutritious. but the problem is for me, i end up eating too many nuts. if i have thecontainer of nuts in front of me, i don’t


only eat one ounce, that’s like a handfulright? so getting these pre-portioned, 100 calorie pack sizes of nuts, i’m not generallya 100 calories pack kind of girl, i think they’re kind of scamy but for nuts it’sa really good idea because you know that you’re only eating what you’re supposed to eatin a serving. and you all know nuts are good, you got, you know good protein, healthy fatsand of course a nice crunchy texture. of course anything prepackaged can be a little bit moreexpensive, but if you are someone like me who has trouble putting the container of nutsaway, then this might be a place that you want to splurge because it is going to keepyou from over indulging. all right, babybel cheeses or string cheeses,there’s a few missing because i can’t


stop eating them. these are the light kindbut both the light and the regular are really good and flavorful. they are like 50 to 60calories i think per round, the same with the cheese stick you can get the lower fator part skimmed if you want to. the important thing when it comes to cheese is portion controlright? so if you like full fat cheese, that’s okay enjoy a little bit of full fat cheesebut just have a little serving, you don’t need a whole block of it, right? so againanother place where portion control can make the difference in your snacking. all natural fruit strips. these are not fruitroll ups, these are all natural the only ingredient is fruit. so this is the strawberry flavorand it’s got apple puree, pear puree, stevia


puree, lemon juice. so it’s pretty muchjust fruit pounded together into a strip and they are pretty tasty and it’s all naturalsugar, so nothing added in here. one strip is 45 calories, 12 grams of carbs and ninegrams of sugar. the bummer about this is there is only one gram of fiber in it, if you wereto eat a piece of fruit you would get a lot more fiber. so of course if you can eat fruitdo that but if you need something on the go or if you just want to eat something kindof sweet, this is better for you. and finally my favorite store bought snack,quest chips. so you all know that i love quest products but these chips, i don’t know ifyou have tried them yet, a lot of you have tried the bars but you haven’t tried thechips. the stats are amazing, this whole bag,


like a normal size bag of chips right, andit’s a 120 calories, 2 grams of fat - 2, 5 grams of carbs and 21 grams of protein.and it doesn’t taste like proteiny at all, it just tastes like a chip. this is the sourcream and onion flavor, it is my favorite but i also like the tartare and sour cream,sea salt, barbeque, they are all pretty good but this is my favorite one. and as alwaysquest products have a very short ingredients list on their stuff which is always a goodthing. these are soy free, gluten free and only five total carbs, you just can’t beatthat for a chip. and i have good news because for those ofyou who stuck around we’re doing a giveaway, a quest give away, not just the chips either.chips and bars, three special winners will
