hey guys! today i'm gonna be sharing my 7 tips on fast weight loss with you. i used this tips to lose 15 pounds. now before we get started, i'm going to show you some before and after pictures and you have to keep in mind i am 5 foot 9 or or 1 meter and 80 centimeters tall so it doesn't look like i lost that much,

before and after pictures of weight loss, but i can assure you this tips actually helped me lose that amount of weight. now you saw my before and after pictures i'm gonna start with the tips. tip #1. count calories. now before you shop my head off because i know this leads to some unhealthy habits,


hear me out. i used to eat a lot before because i didn't know how many calories i was ingesting, and that made me gain a lot of weight because i really liked feeling full but i didn't know i was ingesting that... i thought i was ingesting less calories than i was so counting calories gave me a better idea of how many calories i was eating, how many calories there are in certain stuff that i eat regularly for example. so for counting calories i used fitness pal that's an app that allows you to input how many calories you're eating


and how many calories you're burning a day and using your weight, your height and your activity level it throws you an estimate of how many calories you have to eat a day to achieve your goals wether it's losing weight, maintaining weight or gaining weight. tip #2. control your carbs. so as i told you before i like to feel full after a meal so i used to eat a lot of carbs, for example i would have a really large bowl of rice instead of eating a balanced meal and i started to count only the carbs i'm eating


for example, i would have a cup of rice, i would only control that, and then i would have as many vegetables and fruits as i wanted and that way i still felt full, i was eating better and i was eating less calories. tip #3. choose the healthy option. so for example instead of snacks, you could trade it for fruits or vegetables and i know sometimes you just have this really strong cravings and you want a bag of cheetos or something like that and you can do it once in a while but try to cut it down as much as you can. and also trade for example white rice for brown rice,


or white bread for whole wheat bread or whole grain breads and they usually have less calories and a higher nutritional value and even if they have a little bit more calories than the unhealthy option, it's still better to ingest good things for your body because they don't turn into fat as easily. tip #4. drink a lot of water. many people confuse thirst for hunger and you end up eating a lot of food that you didn't even want in the first place but you thought you did. so drink a lot of water. and also you'll feel really energized during the day


you'll have to pee more but it's a low price to pay i think. tip #5. well this only counts if you had that in mind, but don't starve yourself because it usually backfires because your body thinks there's not enough food in your environment so it starts storing fat instead of losing it apart that it's really unhealthy for you and you don't get the nutrients you need so just don't do it. it's overall a really bad idea. tips #6. work out. changing your diet is gonna do a lot for you,


but if you don't do it along side working out, it's not gonna work as quickly. so find a sport you like or a gym you like or something like that and really stick with it and don't be afraid to lift because when you lift, your muscle get a little bit bigger, you're not gonna get bulkier i promise (unless you lift really heavily but that's not what you're gonna do) and if it grows it's gonna burn more calories which is gonna belp you in the long run. for working out i started used fitness blender's free videos on youtube and then i went to their web page where they sell working out plans or meal plans and they're really really good, you can use them as much as you want,


and it's really cheap so go check that out. tip #7. find someone to share your journey or someone to work out with. so when i started doing this i relied a lot on my mom and my boyfriend because they were looking to workout as well so we worked out together or whenever we finished a workout we would be like... we would text each other or something like that and that really helps to keep you motivated and to keep going and remember, do not beat yourself up. it's a journey, you can mess up all you want it's just gonna slow you down a little bit
