regular dieting routine caused her to faintand put her at risk for some other health problems. after losing an initial 90 pounds, mama junewanted to lose another 80 or so to reach her goal weight. she also had an operation called “cool sculptingâ€done to reduce her double chin, and later that year, she turned to tv’s botched doctorsterry dubrow and paul nassif for help correcting the scars from her four c-sections and removingexcess skin from her dramatic weight loss. at the time, the doctors refused to performthe procedure and urged her to lose more weight to make a tummy tuck less risky.
they told her if she manages to drop another75 pounds, her body mass index will be at the optimal level for them to proceed, sojune said she looks forward to coming back to the pair soon to get it done. to get to that point, she’s continuing tofocus on her diet in a big way. here comes the juice honey boo boo enthusiasts might remember howmuch mama june and the kids used to love "sketti." you remember, their horrifying concoctionof spaghetti, ketchup, and butter? options, like water and green smoothies. seeing as june’s not the biggest fan ofeating vegetables, juicing three times a week helps make up the nutritious difference. the home team even though it’s taken a lot of effort onher part to get to this point, mama june didn't lose all this weight alone. instead, she embarked on her physical journeywith her daughters, alana and lauryn "pumpkin" thompson. the ladies have all been dieting and walkingtogether, and mama june announced that in
